The author argues for a return to a true democratic financial system.

Karl Ferdinand Marius Sandberg was an active Chicago socialist, surgeon-in-chief at the Norwegian Tabitha Hospital, and a member of the Norwegian Nationalist League. He wrote and self-published a number of pamphlets on socialism, the Soviet Union, and the banking system, and in 1919 was a delegate to the founding convention of the Communist Labor Party.
