A flyer on behalf of imprisoned Puerto Rican activist Juan Otero, a “victim of a campaign by vengeful Bronx cops and angry contractors in the building trades, long a stronghold of racism.” Otero is described as a “family man, educational specialist, respected community activist, a young father with no police record, working for equality in the construction trades” who was “framed on two robbery charges, without an evidence…”.
