The Financiers' Little Game, or The Shape of Things to Come

Rome: Superstampa, 1947. Reprint. The Duke of Bedford (previously Lord Tavistock) expounds on the power of the financiers and their desire for a gold standard, the “freedom of the exchanges” (i.e., the ability to buy other country’s currencies), an International Police Force, and a centralized control over the issuance of money.

The pamphlet was originally published in 1944 by Guy Aldred’s Strickland Press in Glasgow, which was largely underwritten by the Duke of Bedford’s largesse. This edition was printed three years later in Rome, Italy by Superstampa.
