The Governors Answer Gov. Landon

n.p. n.p., [1936]. A pamphlet reprinting addresses from six Republican governors following Governor Al Landon’s acceptance speech for the 1936 Republican presidential nomination. These addresses were originally broadcast over a nationwide radio network and reflected the governors’ views on the issues espoused by Landon during his speech. The governors included Theodore Francis Green of Rhode Island, George H. Earle of Pennsylvania, Henry Horner of Illinois, Clyde L. Herring of Iowa, Roy Cochran of Nebraska, and Charles H. Martin of Oregon.
