Austin, TX: Eugenics Special Interest Group, 1985. This whole issue is devoted to Stephen Saetz's article, "Eugenics and the Third Reich," in which he disputes the claim that eugenics was part of Third Reich policy. Instead, he maintains that Hitler was driven by his hatred for world Jewry and that his Final Solution was exterminationist not eugenic. Two appendices in rear.
The Eugenics Special Interest Group was part of a neo-eugenics movement that affiliated itself with MENSA and counted controversial scientists Raymond Cattell and Robert K. Graham on its advisory board. The Eugenics Bulletin began in 1983 and featured articles from, besides Cattell and Graham, other controversial figures such as Arthur Jensen and Nathaniel Weyl. We're unsure how many issues were ultimately published as only the Univ. of Kansas has any issue in OCLC.
