What Price Integration?

Dallas: Royal Publishing Company, 1957. Second printing. An anti-miscegenation book by a Texas journalist who argues that the principle of racial equality is a fallacy and that its implementation would lead to interracial marriages which would be calamitous for the white race. “A white race contaminated with a considerable admixture of Negro blood would be an inferior race to that degree. The long upward climb of man, biologically speaking, would be set back by that much.” The book concludes with a chapter on how the Communist Party and groups like the NAACP are stoking racial tension in an attempt to destroy the white race.

Perfect-bound orange wrappers (8 ½” x 5 ½”), 104 pp. Some light rubbing to wrappers, foxing to the inside edges of the covers, a very good copy. Item #14803
