National Christian News, Vol. 8, No. 1

Ocala, Florida: National Christian Publishers, 1969. An issue of Oren Pitito's long-running, anti-Semitic newspaper that was published from 1962-1995 and served as the organ of his National Christian Church. The entirety of this issue is devoted to the bombing of Dresden by the Allies, which Potito claims was done at the behest of Jews. Three of the four pages are mostly dedicated to photographs of the destruction, the German victims and the military personnel who perpetrated the bombings. Potito was a disciple of William Potter Gale and served as a Christian Identity minister. He was at times affiliated with the National States Rights Party, the Christian Youth Corps, which he ran with Philip L. Debus (later head of the Christian Educational Association), and the Klan. He died in 1995.
