Covent Garden, [London]: Communist Party of Great Britain, 1921. The second issue of the theoretical journal of the newly formed Communist Party of Great Britain, which was founded in the summer of 1920. Publication of this issue was delayed by a Special Branch raid on the party's headquarters in May, 1921, in which its Secretary was arrested and all of its papers confiscated. The raid coincided with the publication of the first issue.
