The document concludes with practical tasks, such as organizing discussions in every branch using this outline and Pettis Perry's article on white chauvinism from Political Affairs; organizing study groups using Harry Haywood's book Negro Liberation; selling the Worker in Boston's Negro neighborhoods; promoting Negro leadership in the Party, mass organizations, and trade unions; and supporting the mass struggle for jobs for Negro people.
