Chicago: Peoples College, 1981. A single issue of this black liberation newspaper published by the Peoples College in Chicago beginning in 1971. The theme for this issue is the “fight for liberation from the problems of oppression and exploitation,” and features a lengthy article on “Black History and Black Liberation” that extends to the rear page. The two internal pages are a Black Liberation Month Calendar 1982 with photographs of W.E.B. DuBois, Carter G. Woodson, J.A. Rogers, and Zora Neale Hurston.
