Hogan and Marks conspire to Murder Panther Baby!

Brooklyn: Black Panther Party Legal Defense Fund, 1969. A mimeographed flyer accusing the "pig power structure" of killing the baby of Panther 21 defendant Curtis Powell whose wife went into labor caused by his violent arrest. The Powell's baby was born prematurely and died soon after. Also accuses the police of leaving another defendant's four children alone following he and his wife's arrest. The concluding paragraph states, "Pig Nixon has delcared war on Black people. They have moved on the Black Panther Party with particular intensity in schools, hospitals, fee breakfast programs, welfare groups, etc."

Mimeographed on an 11" x 8 ½” sheet. Some soiling and light edge wear. Item #12506
