Segregationist report on The Evers Opinion, in which a Judge Mize in Mississippi found that there are different race-based educational needs, but that he was bound by the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court decision upholding school integration. The National Putnam Letters Committee was founded by Carleton Putnam to contest through propagandizing “equalitarianism” and the U.S.’s integrationist policies.
