Artists! Poets! Contribute to the Internationalist Art Show In Opposition to WWIII

San Francisco: Poster Brigade, 1980. A San Francisco Poster Brigade (SFPB) flyer soliciting submissions for the inaugural Internationalist Art Show “on the theme of international opposition to WWIII or any aspect of the anti-imperialist struggle around the world, satire of the ruling class, the draft, the history of struggle against imperialist war.” Shows were also held in 1981 and 1982. The SFPB was founded as the Wilfred Owen Brigade by Rachel Romero and Leon Klayman in 1975 and existed as a politically radical art collective until 1982. Their works are highly collectible.
