Stapled, photo-illustrated wrappers (3 ” x 7 ¼”), 13 p. A Fine copy. Scarce. None others in commerce. A record for a 22 page edition published in 1979 appears in OCLC with copies in two South African institutions, but no record for our copy, which appears to be the first edition. Item #07603
