The pamphlet reprints letters to Williams from Fleeta, Larry West, Jeffrey Gaulden (“Khatari”), Johnny Spain, Hugo Pinell, Luis Talamantez, David Johnson, and Willie Tate. The penultimate page includes a message from the Biennial Conference of Communist Women, at which Williams spoke, to all political prisoners in the U.S.
