The first authoritative account of the Manson family told by counterculture poet and Fugs frontman, Ed Sanders. Sanders tied Manson to the Process Church of the Final Judgment who promptly sued the publisher for $1.5 million. Dutton removed the chapter on the Process and included an insert into all unsold copies of the first edition. That chapter is of course included in this copy. Item #07147
