A lecture delivered at the Argentine-American Cultural Institute on the political and civil rights of women in the United States. Dr. Ignacio Winizky (1910-1988) was an Argentine legal scholar, who as director of the Publication Department of the University of Buenos Aires School of Law founded the biannual law review, “Lecciones y Ensayos” in 1956.
The Argentine-American Cultural Institute was founded in 1927 to promote increased cultural understanding and intellectual exchange between the U.S. and Argentina. It hosted lectures, issued a Bulletin and bilingual monographs, maintained a bookstore for the distribution of popular American books, and offered classes for students. Item #07114
