[New York: Published by the author], 1915. Second revised. 8vo; perfect-bound, plain wrappers, 99 pp. A scarce Pro-German account of the causes of the first World War first published in 1914. We find three copies of the first edition and 10 of this second edition in OCLC. Item #05797
