This issue introduces the group’s new program, New Nation USA (NNUSA), to which readers are urged to pledge allegiance to by sending in $35 for their certificate. This scheme never took off and its promoter, Philip Marsh (aka Milton Pilot), fleeced “patriots” to the tune of $10 million for his “untax package,” for which he was convicted in 1996 and sentenced to 17 years in prison. The program receives a two page endorsement from Identity pastor and militia member, Nord Davis, Jr., in rear. Vertical crease. Scarce. We find one copy at the Univ. of Kansas. Near Fine. Item #05443
