Freudenborn 1935

Berlin: Reichsverband für Deutsche Jugendherbergen, 1935. First edition. Small, illustrated wrappers (4 ½” x 6 ¼”), 47, [1] pp, illustrations. In German. Published annually by the German Youth Hostel Association (DJH), which had been subsumed by the Hitler Youth in 1933, these small booklets were meant to be carried by adolescent boys and girls as they traversed Germany’s natural landscapes. Some foxing to wrappers. Very Good +. Item #05440
