Putting the Poison into Columbia's Cup (The Antidote Library No. 1)

Milwaukee, WI: Published by the author, 1920. Third edition. Stapled, illustrated wrappers; 64 pp. In this uncommon patriotic publication, Milwaukee history teacher, Winfred Howe, provides "an exposure of the Hearst-inspirited [sic] Sinn Fein-German-Bolshevist propaganda, "The Poison in America's Cup," which was published in 1919 by a notable Hearst journalist, Philip Francis. Francis' work was isolationist and anti-British and Howe took such umbrage at that he self-published the following work.
