Some dissenting statements by military figures who argue that its easier to control the quantity their men drink within the canteen setting. Front wrapper detached but present; some foxing, heavier to rear wrapper; some faint dampstaining to wrapper edges, not affecting text. A Good, complete copy of this scarce publication.
